Spaltfix S-280
The semi-automatic firewood cut-splitter Spaltfix S-280 by Posch with its splitting power of 10t cuts and splits timber of diameters up to 28 cm, producing two, four or six pieces. With the lifting mechanism, no effort is required when hoisting logs onto the timber support. The hydraulic conveyor belt then transports the timber to the 700 mm Ø saw blade. The 4m conveyor belt (optional) then transports the finished billets to the point of loading. The Spaltfix 2-280 is also available as a “Turbo” model. In this version, a larger hydraulic pump provides a 30 % higher splitting speed.
