Longitudinal & Cross Conveyors
Spaltfix S-310 with 12 t splitting power and “Autospeed” for the most exacting demands. Cuts and splits timber up to a diameter of 32 m in one go into 2, 4, 6 or 8 billets. Longitudinal and cross conveyors feed the timber to be cut to the machine. An automatic mechanism for retaining the log, mounted in front of the 800 mm saw blade, ensures a firm hold and smooth cutting. A conveyor belt then transports the wood off for loading.
