Neat and clean cutting

Look after yourself and your health, and avoid dust in your workspace. The chip extraction unit is the ideal addition to your saws and automatic saws. It's as simple as this: Up to 1,500 m³/h of air, including swarf, is extracted via the 2-metre-length suction hose (150 mm in diameter) through your machine’s extraction connection. These are then blown through the 10-metre-length pressure hose, which has a diameter of 150 mm, and collected, for example, in a chip container provided by you. Once the collection container is full, it can be easily emptied. The collected chips can be used for further processing, for example as animal bedding or for composting. In addition to the chip extraction unit, there is the option of using a cyclone. This separates the chips from the blower air.

Maximum flexibility in your working environment

The standard scope of delivery includes a 2-metre-long suction hose and a 10-metre-long pressure hose, each with a diameter of 150 mm. A reducer from 150 mm to 100 mm is also supplied to enable connection to machines with a chip extraction connection 100 mm in diameter.

Flexibly rotatable

The extraction housing, which is made of robust all-steel, can be rotated through 270° in 10° increments tool-free. The benefits for you: You can choose the direction in which the chips are discharged with complete flexibility. This ensures flexible use without the pressure hose bending or becoming blocked.

Quiet and robust fan rotor

The well-engineered design of the solid, all-steel fan rotor ensures durability and smooth cleaning operation. A clamping assembly on the bearing shaft ensures uniform fastening and smooth running on the bearing shaft.

Flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Thanks to the standard solid rubber wheels (diameter 300 mm) and the transport handle, the unit can be easily manoeuvred by hand on level ground.

Electric drive

Look after yourself and the environment: the exceptionally robust electric motor runs quietly and can be powered by electricity from renewable sources. These solutions help to reduce air pollution and do not produce any harmful exhaust fumes in your working environment. The switch – which includes a magnetic holder and a 10-metre cable leading to the extraction motor – can be easily attached to the machine from which the chips are being extracted, allowing for convenient operation right at the workstation. The built-in motor protection ensures a long service life by protecting against thermal overload. The phase inverter makes it easy to reverse the direction of rotation. The electric motor’s low energy consumption reduces running costs, and the drive is also easy to maintain. This reduces maintenance costs, increases the machine’s uptime and reduces the need for repairs and spare parts.

Tractor hydraulics

Do you also work outside the home and yard? The tractor’s hydraulic drive allows for flexible choice of location – without the need for an electricity supply. The drive is provided by a hydraulic motor, which is connected to the blower shaft via a low-wear, torsionally flexible claw coupling. To ensure a long service life, the shaft is supported by three bearings in a robust bearing unit. As the flow rates of different tractors vary, the integrated flow divider ensures a constant blower speed at a hydraulic flow rate of 20–60 l/min. An additional valve ensures a smooth shut-down after the system is switched off.
