The entry-level model for clean, high-quality logs. The logs glide over vibration-damped screening bars. The chips, bark and wood splinters are thus separated from the wood without any drive – at a rate of up to 25, srm/h. The height-adjustable frame and the variable feed and transfer heights make handling easier. The cleaned logs are loaded onto a conveyor belt or directly into a trailer, whilst the waste is collected in a BigBag and can be recycled.

To improve the quality of firewood

The sieving unit consists of robust bars, side guide plates and an integrated screen-cleaning chute. This combination ensures efficient logging cleaning. The logs for cleaning fall from a conveyor belt onto the inclined screening unit and slide over the screen bars under the force of gravity. In the process, chips, bark and wood splinters are reliably separated and channelled directly into a BigBag via the chip chute. The side plates ensure that the logs are guided optimally along the screening chute, so that the cleaned logs fall neatly onto another conveyor belt or directly into a trailer at the end of the screening bars. To ensure a long service life and significantly reduce the noise level when the logs strike the screen, 11 screen bars are fitted with vibration dampers.

BigBag holders

Two height-adjustable BigBag holders in an open-top U-shape allow the loops to be hooked in particularly fast and easy, as well as enabling effortless lifting and safe removal using a forklift truck.

Solid base frame

It is height-adjustable and can therefore be optimally adapted to different discharge and transfer heights. Robust foot plates ensure stability and are also equipped with holes so that the unit can be securely anchored to the floor if required. In addition, the height-adjustable frame, to which the forklift attachments and the chip chute are attached, allows for flexible height adjustment. This allows the entire unit to be adapted to the existing conditions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
