Please return the goods together with this form in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions or the currently valid POSCH Service Manual, see the section ""General Warranty Guidelines"".

For returned goods, a credit note will be issued less a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods. If you are returning defective spare parts or complaint parts, please use the designated ""Return Note for Complaint Parts"" form and enclose it with your return shipment.
