PackFix swivel table (without packaging unit)

If you simply wish to fill PackFix drums or BigBags, the swivel table (without the packaging unit) is the most efficient solution. The packaging of the filled drums occurs at a separate site using an additional PackFix unit. The use of the swivel table ensures virtually uninterrupted production. The rotatable frame, mounted on a pivot, can accommodate two optionally available filling drums or – in combination with the optional BigBag holder – two BigBags. Whilst filling is taking place on one side, the unit that has already been filled can be removed from the other side and transported by forklift to the storage area or to the packaging area. A new pallet with an empty drum or empty BigBag is then positioned on the free side of the swivel table. The second page is now completely filled. Simply by performing actuation of the control lever at the swivel table’s control station, the swivel frame and its containers can be rotated through 180° via the solid ball bearing slewing ring, the low-maintenance gear ring and the high-performance hydraulic motor – fast, conveniently and with virtually no interruption to production. There are four drive options available for operation: Powered either by an electric motor, a petrol engine, the tractor’s hydraulic system or the tractor’s PTO shaft.

BigBag holder

Filling BigBags with logs is particularly convenient and efficient thanks to the swivel table used in conjunction with the BigBag holder. One BigBag can be hung on each side of the swivel table on the robust mounting frame. Whilst one BigBag is being filled via the conveyor belt, the second one can already be removed and a new BigBag hooked up – this reduces downtime and ensures a continuous workflow. The frame can be flexible adjusted to suit the height of the BigBags in their application. It is essential that the BigBags are fitted with suspension and lifting loops to ensure they are secured with safety and security.

Protective cover with door and handle

The robust protective housing, featuring a fully enclosed box design, reliably protects the hydraulic tank, the control valve, the motor and the switch with a CEE plug (for units with an electric motor) from external influences such as dirt, dust and mechanical damage. This not only elevates operational reliability but also extends the service life of the entire system. The safety door can be opened tool-free to allow easy access for maintenance work or for the connection of the power supply.
