UniCut roller-bench saw

With the UniCut’s basic model, you can cut firewood – a classic roller-bench saw or table circular saw. Universally upgradeable: You can either order the model you require when placing your initial order, or simply retrofit your UniCut later for longitudinal cutting or cutting. In any case, you can saw safely, as your hands are protected from coming into contact with the saw blade.

Easy maintenance – consistently high performance

The saw blade can be changed fast and easily – the correct tool is supplied with the product. Thanks to the handy central lubrication rail on the machine’s frame, maintenance of the moving parts can be carried out in just a few simple steps, saving time and extending the service life. Furthermore, the V-belts can be easily retensioned to ensure consistent performance and optimum efficiency. This ensures your machine is always in perfect condition and ready for use at any time!

A saw without compromise: The UniCut cuts everything, not just firewood. It is a true jack-of-all-trades, ready to show wood its teeth. Easy handling and safety – flexibility for every drive configuration.

The standard solid rubber wheels, with a diameter of 300 mm, ensure easy transport on level ground. Models with an electric motor feature integrated, fold-away transport handles, allowing the machine to be lifted and moved like a wheelbarrow; a wheel brake is also included. Machines with tractor PTO shafts and hybrid drive come with a three-point linkage as standard, and the transport aid makes it even easier to manoeuvre the machine, even into the most remote corners. A handy saw table lock keeps the table stable during storage and transport.

Thanks to its advanced sound-absorption technology and a specially developed tooth geometry, the purr Widia circular saw blade drastically reduces noise levels during cutting, resulting in a significantly more pleasant working environment. The noise level when idling is now just 72 dB(A), down from 92 dB(A) previously. The PURR circular saw blade stands out for its longer service life compared to conventional coarse-toothed circular saw blades, meaning it remains sharp and effective for longer before it needs to be replaced or resharpened. Efficiency increases and costs for the user are reduced.

Would you like to make longitudinal cuts with ease? The solution is our UniCut roller table saw with a longitudinal cutting configuration. It features a spring-assisted, movable, pre-adjustable and self-adjusting protective hood containing machinable inserts. The tool-free adjustable longitudinal stop and the sliding tool ensure precise cuts, whilst the riving knife ensures that the wood does not jam during longitudinal cuts. To make your work even more comfortable and achieve the best results, it is advisable to choose the right saw blade. Another plus point: If the saw is powered by the tractor PTO shaft, it is mounted at a 90° angle to the tractor. This means that even pieces of timber with a length of several meters, such as boards, posts or slabs, can be worked on with ease. This option is available both as standard equipment and as an add-on pack.

Optimised operation with a generator: Motor protection switch with star-delta start

Would you like to run your machine using a generator? Machines with a drive power of up to 5.5 kW are fitted as standard with a motor protection switch and direct start. Taper and Cutting – Precise tapering and cutting device for round timber – Ideal for posts and more.

Would you like to taper and cut round timber to make posts? Then the sharpening and cutting device is just the thing for you! Round timber with a diameter of 5 to 24 cm can be processed without any difficulty. The saw blade guard (to the left and right of the saw blade) can be moved sideways, is transparent and equipped with rollers on the operator’s side. This makes it easier to thread the wood and swivel it whilst sharpening. A folding centring device (bracket) ensures the workpiece is aligned exactly and, when used with the push tool, enables a precise cutting on the fixed sawing table. The splitting wedge ensures that nothing gets jammed during the cutting. To make your work even more comfortable and achieve the best results, it is advisable to choose the right saw blade. Another plus point: If the saw is powered by the tractor PTO shaft, it is mounted at a 90° angle to the tractor. This means that even pieces of timber of longer length, such as round timbers, posts or planks, can be worked on with ease. This option is available both as standard equipment and as an add-on pack.

Firewood cut – operated with just one hand!

Would you like to saw firewood at the table as usual? The large sawing table is robust and solidly built, ensuring maximum stability. The ball bearing allows for effortless operation, whilst the tension spring ensures that the mechanism returns automatically to its original position. The retaining lugs on the saw blade guard and the clamping device hold the wood securely in place during the firewood cut, thereby minimising twisting of the log and preventing the saw blade from jamming. The integrated handle on the mounting bracket allows for easy operation and an ergonomic saw feed. The tension springs ensure that the clamping device opens automatically once released, so that the log can be moved forward for the next cut. An additional protective guard on the clamping device prevents direct access to the circular saw blade and provides even greater safety. This option is available both as standard equipment and as an add-on pack.
