The LogPack not only impresses with its robust design, but also takes your health into account: The height-adjustable feet ensure ergonomic working at the ideal height for your body. Thanks to the intelligent quick-change system, you can organise your packing area with greater flexibility than ever before: Guide plates and packaging modules can be freely combined in a wide range of positions and adapted to your workflow in a matter of seconds.

LogPack circle: Turntable with STOP and GO function for log packaging

The logs fall directly from a conveyor belt or log cleaner (e.g. LogFix) onto the packaging table. The table is driven by a gear motor, rotates at four revolutions per minute and is thus filled evenly. A rubber mat placed on top effectively cushions the impact of the logs and reduces the noise level. It is particularly durable and hard-wearing – ideal for intensive, daily use. As the table rotates, the logs can be removed one by one for packaging in sacks or boxes. The rotatable table is mounted on high-quality rubber buffers to dampen vibrations. This ensures low-vibration, smooth operation and elevates both user comfort and the service life of the entire system. To ensure maximum safety and flexibility, the table is equipped with a slip clutch: Thanks to the built-in slip clutch, the table stops immediately at the slightest resistance – without requiring any particular effort and without having to switch off the machine.

Your bespoke workspace

To ensure an optimal ergonomic working position, the table height can be individually adjusted to suit the user’s height using the adjustable feet. The individual packaging modules also offer a wide range of adjustment options, enabling each operator to adjust their working position to suit them perfectly. The LogPack models therefore allow you to work ergonomically, in a way that is gentle on your back and requires minimal effort, at any time.

Mesh bag packaging module

The required number of logs is conveniently stacked in the packaging chute. The mesh bag is then simply pulled over the gutter. The filled sack is pushed from the packaging chute into the transfer chute, which is then folded up. In this ideal position, the mesh bag can be tied up comfortably at an ergonomic working height and removed easily from the transfer chute – ensuring an efficient, labour-saving and user-friendly packaging process. The integrated rubber buffers ensure noticeable comfort: They cushion or protect and ensure that handling is pleasantly quiet. The module is available in two sizes, for log lengths of 25 cm or 33 cm. And after work, or for transport? Fold up the modules, lock the latches and stow them away compactly.

Cardboard box packaging module

The box is placed in the designated holder and the required number of logs is easily loaded into it. The filled box is then sealed and removed straight away – ensuring a fast, clean and ergonomic packaging process. To make filling easier and to protect the box, the holder can be adjusted to the width of the box tool-free. It is suitable for pieces of wood measuring between 15 and 50 cm. The cardboard holder can be easily swivelled and its tilt adjusted, whilst the height of the module is simply adjusted using a handle and securely locked into the desired position with the locking pin. Cardboard boxes can be kept in stock on the cardboard tray beneath the holder – so they’re always fast to hand.

Compact storage, full mobility

Thanks to its compact dimensions max., the LogPack takes up very little space, both during operation and in storage. The optional packaging module for mesh bags can be easily folded up for transport or storage. Thanks to three transport wheels, two of which are swivelling, the LogPack circle can be moved effortlessly – it is flexible and ready for use at any time. To ensure safety whilst in use and during storage, two of the wheels are equipped with brakes. Forklift attachments make it easier to transport goods using a forklift.

Packaging of the logs

There are two different packaging modules available: One for cardboard boxes and one for mesh bags. Both modules can be combined on the LogPack in any number and in any position, and can be easily fitted or changed using a quick-change system.
