The firewood and kindling dispenser: Greater capacity, larger diameters and longer logs: The AutoSplit sets new standards in efficient timber processing. With its redesigned packaging concept, robust cast-iron pump and durable hydraulic system, it is ideally equipped for continuous professional use. With a splitting force of 11 tonnes, the automatic log splitter delivers around 15 per cent more power than the previous model. The adjustable log edge length of 2 to 15 cm allows for maximum flexibility – whether you’re working with softwood and hardwood. This allows you to produce both high-quality kindling and firewood in a matter of seconds – two results from one machine, so to speak. Even under intensive use and in summer temperatures, the AutoSplit remains powerful and efficient thanks to its oil cooler.

Continuous splitting

Whilst the AutoSplit handles the splitting process fully automatically, the buffer is filled with wood, thereby ensuring a continuous workflow. This allows the operator to concentrate fully on feeding the long timber feed chute, which has a convenient height. This ensures an efficient workflow.

High-quality firewood and kindling

Turn offcuts into profitable, clean and finely split kindling – perfect for lighting fires. But that’s not all: With the AutoSplit 375, you can also produce high-quality firewood. Round timber with a diameter of up to 37 cm and square timber with a log edge length of max. 30 x 30 cm are suitable for this purpose. X-shaped splitting blades for square logs

One machine, two possibilities! With the x-shaped splitting blade, you can produce both firewood and kindling to the desired quality – exactly as you require. Thanks to the adjustable log edge length of 2 to 15 cm, the size of the logs can be flexibly adjusted to achieve the desired result. The low-wear steel not only guarantees an exceptionally long service life, but also ensures consistently high performance, even under intensive use. Efficient, durable and versatile!

Time saved thanks to an optimised stroke

Do you want to avoid unnecessary empty runs in the splitting process? Open the service cover tool-free and simply adjust the max. splitting stroke of 42 cm to suit shorter lengths of firewood (20, 25 and 33 cm). This will save you valuable time when producing firewood and kindling, and help you get the most out of your AutoSplit 375!

Easy to maintain

Thanks to the central lubrication rail, which is easily accessible from the outside, the machine can be easily kept in top condition. This minimises the effort involved and maximises the service life.

For loose or layered packaging

Packaging in bags or boxes? A range of suitable systems is available to accommodate the various packaging options for loose and/or layered packaging of your timber pieces. The different versions can be set to an ergonomic working height thanks to the adjustable feet on the base frame.

Durable splitting blade

The POSCH X-shaped splitting blade is made from high-quality, wear-resistant steel, ensuring a long service life. Instead of buying a new knife, the cutting blades can be resharpened if necessary. The very long brass guides significantly reduce wear on the knife and the guide rail.

Working continuously

Feeding via the timber buffer makes feeding convenient and ensures a continuous workflow. Both round timber and square timber can be processed efficiently, thereby increasing productivity and minimising work interruptions.

Wood thickness continuously variable

Adjust the thickness of the wood fast and tool-free: Using the easily accessible adjustment dial, you can adjust the feed rate continuously variable from 2 to 12 cm per cut and achieve the desired timber thickness.

A flexible start and a perfect view!

The machine is operated by a control lever that can be actuated from either the left or the right. This allows the splitting function to be started flexibly and conveniently. A fold-down platform provides a clear view of the splitting process, whilst a safety grille offers additional protection. The adjustment wheel allows for precise adjustment of the log lengths. To ensure an ergonomic working position, the working height can be adjusted using the adjustable feet on the base frame.

Compact when stored, powerful when in use!

Not much storage space? Our AutoSplit can be folded away tool-free, making it ideal for space-saving storage and transport. Both the feed trough and the packaging tray can be folded away to save space.

Reliable continuous operation thanks to low oil temperature

Is it important to you to get the most out of your machine? Our tip: Invest in an oil cooler! During continuous operation (4 hours or more per day), this extends the machine’s service life as it ensures a consistently low oil temperature, which reduces wear on the hydraulic components. This extends the machine’s service life! A 12 V, 3-pin continuous-current socket on the tractor is required to operate the oil cooler.

Basic module with packaging aid

The basic packaging module is fitted with a swivelling packaging aid and also serves as a support for the optional packaging chute. Depending on the length of the timber produced, we offer the appropriate packaging chutes: Pieces of wood up to 25 cm, up to 33 cm and up to 42 cm. This allows you to adapt the machine flexibly to your requirements!

Packaging frame for two mesh bags

Use the side-sliding double frame for fast and loose packaging of kindling! Simply secure two mesh bags to the adjustable mechanism on the packaging frame and start the splitting process. As soon as one sack is full, move the frame and fill the second sack. In the meantime, you can remove the full bag and fit a new one – ensuring an efficient, uninterrupted workflow! The working height can be adjusted ergonomically thanks to the adjustable feet on the base frame.

Drive shaft

The drive shaft ensures reliable torque transmission, even where components are moving or misaligned. Perfect for POSCH machines – flexible and robust!
