The stationary firewood processor is extraordinarily easy to operate: Once a log has reached the feeding belt, the cutting/splitting process is safely and comfortably controlled via a joystick. - Continuous charging
Using the joystick, the log is hydraulically transported to the WIDIA saw blade via a conveyor belt. Log support systems comprising longitudinal and cross conveyors can be combined individually depending on the requirements. - Sawing unit with WIDIA high-performance saw blade
The powerful WIDIA carbide saw blade shortens the log to a length between 20 and 50 cm. It wows with its high service life and endurance. The hydraulic log downholder safely holds the logs during the cutting process. - Smooth transfer of logs to the splitting process
The entire log section is transported to the splitting punch via the hydraulically operated wood rocker. The punch pushes the log against the splitting wedge. - More possibilities thanks to the MULTI splitting wedge
The hydraulically adjustable MULTI frame splitting wedge can be adjusted to the log diameter with ease and produces 2, 6 or 12 billets every step without having to change the wedge. - Fast and efficient for more profitable processing

Cutting it with many benefits
The logs are shortened to desired lengths between 20 and 50 cm and subsequently handed over to the splitting process by a rocker.
But not so fast: they are actually shortened by a WIDIA carbide saw blade. The latter wows with its high cutting performance, speed and low wear. The accruing clean chips can be used further on afterwards.
2, 6 or 12 billets without knife change
With a splitting power of 18 tons, the log section is pushed against the frame knife and is cut into up to 12 billets in that way. And all that without time-consuming knife change because the splitting knife is hydraulically adjustable. It can easily be adjusted to the log diameter by means of the joystick.
The powerhouse is driven via a tractor or a combined drive with E-motor.

An important factor for efficient firewood processing is the right log charging solution. Depending on the log length, you can choose from different options here. The flexible solutions fulfil the most exacting requirements.
