Fully automatic firewood saw
This revolutionary cutting principle that ideally delivers 15 cubic metres per hour with one operator is completely new. The great advantage of the fully automatic firewood saw is the precise measuring and the production of billets of the desired length and ready for the stove. The electronic control can cut every billet in such a way that there is no offcut – it splits the piece of wood in same-sized pieces.
Energy-saving working with the new rope winches
With the new POSCH rope winches for all HydroCombis with a splitting power from 16 tons onwards, each log within up to 40 metres is pulled up to the machine without any efforts of your own, and put in the splitting position. The soft start and the gentle lowering functionalities ensure the smooth transportation of heavy logs as well.
The new rope winch 500 with a 20 m rope and 500 kg pulling force and the rope winch 1000 with 40 m rope and 1,000 kg pulling force are available from now on. Gripper tongs and radio remote control for the easy transportation of heavy logs are optionally available as well.
NEW: Smoothly functioning rocker with ergonomic handle
The ball bearing mounted rocker works even more smoothly now and is available in the usual robust design. Thanks to the height-adjustable handle, it can be optimally adjusted to the user and provides for improved ergonomics.
NEW: Good stability due to integrated brake
The brake fixes the tilting saw during work and retains the wheels accordingly. Naturally it can be released just as quickly, and the tilting saw can be moved easily.
NEW: Exertion of less force thanks to hip roller
The new hip roller of the POSCH tilting saw enables particular ergonomic operation of the circular saw and goes easy on your arms.
The new Spaltfix K-650 achieves maximum performance for variable split cutting. More power with electronic control for additional optimisation of the AutoSplit. The splitter is controlled via the touch screen in a user-friendly manner. The edge length can be steplessly adjusted from 5 to 15 cm easily and quickly.
The LogFix S separates billets from splinters and delivers high-quality firewood in very little time. This compact solution was optimally adapted to the requirements of conveyor belts with a max. width of 65 cm and star-shaped knives for max. 8-fold splitting per splitting cycle.
The LogDeck is the ideal professional solution for very large volumes of timber. Depending on the design, up to 60 solid m³ of timber can be placed directly on the cross conveyor.
The separator LogSep ensures optimum separation and transfer to the longitudinal conveyors.
